Drive along CA-163 North, heading towards Escondido. Stay on CA-163 North and take Exit 3A toward Friars Road. After taking the exit, merge onto Friars Road heading east. Drive on Friars Road for approximately 0.5 miles, and then turn left onto Frazee Road. Follow Frazee Road for about 0.3 miles, then turn right into our parking lot.
Drive along CA-163 South, following the signs for San Diego. Take Exit 2A for Friars Road. Keep to the right to merge onto Frazee Road. Continue on Frazee Road for approximately 0.5 miles, then turn right into our parking lot.
Head east on Interstate 8 (I-8) until you reach the exit for Mission Center Road. Take the exit for Mission Center Road and keep right at the fork to merge onto Mission Center Road. Continue on Mission Center Road for about 0.7 miles. Turn right onto Frazee Road. Follow Frazee Road for approximately 0.3 miles, then turn right into our parking lot.
Take the I-8 West highway towards San Diego. Continue on I-8 West for approximately 8.5 miles. Take the exit for Mission Center Road. Merge onto Mission Center Road and stay in the right lane. Turn right onto Camino Del Rio North. Continue on Camino Del Rio North for about 0.5 miles. Turn right onto Frazee Road. Follow Frazee Road for approximately 0.3 miles, then turn right into our parking lot.

Every time I come to Nicole Chase I get top notch service. She really is a master of her craft. She always is super gentle and takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. Such a GREAT experience with Liza! This was my first time going to Revive Med Spa (in general), so went to this location for lip fillers today with nurse Liza! She is so kind, patient, great with details, and loved the results I got! She made the whole process very easy and comfortable. Liza gave great information on recommendations for the service and other services that Revive Med Spa has to offer. Will be coming back!
I have been seeing P.A. Kimberly Hottmann for Botox and fillers since 2016. She is my go to for all of my anti-aging needs! Kimberly takes her time and listens to me. She seems to understand exactly what I want. Her experience and knowledge definitely shows. I like a more natural look and that's exactly what I get! I am extremely satisfied with both of my visits for dermal fillers with Angelica. She has a warm and caring personality and immediately put me at ease while explaining the best fillers for my vertical lip lines. I have seen her twice and tried different fillers each time. She has a very light hand which was nice because she had to give me about 30 injections of Restylane Silk. She told me it was very important to follow the aftercare I instructions and to contact her if I had any concerns. My lips were recovered from bruising and swelling in 4 days with following her instructions closely, it was amazing.
I was scheduled with Tracy for laser treatments. Going in I was curious and had some fears about the way laser treatments work. She was so thorough at explaining the procedure and made sure I felt completely comfortable while sitting in her chair. I was a little timid going in, but she changed that quickly with her very professional approach. I'm going back in next month and I feel confident that Tracy will deliver the utmost professionalism and comfort during my second session. Tracy's my girl! I can't wait to explore other things at revive, as I know she'll guide me in the right direction with her open honesty.
Nicole Pringle is the best!!! I've been going to her for years now and even got a few of my friends to start seeing her too. Hands down the best injector I've ever worked with. She's incredibly knowledgeable, patient and so dang good at what she does. She caters to each persons individual anatomy to meet the desired goal and she's amazing at it. We love Nicole!
