It is recommended you make your Botox Treatments as least two weeks in advance of any special events to ensure the best possible result.
You’ll be asked to avoid alcohol and caffeine at least 48 hours prior to treatment to avoid increased bruising or bleeding.
You’ll be asked to confirm it has been at least 2 weeks since your last facial or peel.
Treatments usually last around 15-30 minutes.
The Botox treatment is injected using a very thin needle, expect a mild pinch as the treatment occurs.
Depending on the number of treatments, you can expect 3 to 10 injections per treatment area.
It takes around 3-14 days for full treatment effects to appear.
You should avoid laying down, any strenuous exercise, and manipulation of the area several hours post treatment.
Regular treatment is necessary to maintain results, optimally done prior to the Botox wearing off.
BOTOX® Cosmetic should not be used in the presence of infection at the proposed injection site(s) and in individuals with known hypersensitivity to any ingredient in the formulation. Botox should also not be used by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
