About Polly Moore
Polly received her BSN from Dominican University of California in 2012. Her specialty is Aesthetic Medicine and Dermatology. Areas of expertise include: PDO threads, Botox injections and dermal fillers, and laser treatments. Polly’s goals are to provide exceptional treatment outcomes, both safely and effectively. She is excited to be a part of the Revive team, and brings her passion for skincare, Dermatology and Aesthetics with her.
