New Safety Procedures Implemented

As of January 2021 our Medical Spa, Salon & Spa are all open.

Due to our stringent safety precautions, providers' schedules may change suddenly. These changes are due to erring on the side of caution if a provider is feeling unwell even if symptoms are not related to COVID-19. This may lead to more frequent cancellations or rescheduling of appointments than usual. We appreciate your loyalty and patience during this time.
  • New Safety Procedures Implemented
Prioritizing Cleanliness: Break rooms, bathrooms, and other common areas will be disinfected frequently. Disinfectants, hand sanitizer, and hand soap will be available to staff and patients at all times. Additionally, treatment rooms will be sanitized thoroughly before and after every patient.


Reduced and Healthy Staff: Anyone who can carry out their functions from home will continue to work virtually. Each employee coming into the office will be screened. Screening will include temperature & symptom checks. If anyone is exhibiting symptoms they will be asked to stay home. Staff will wear masks and eye protection, open doors for all patients, and wash hands between each patient interaction.


Screening: To follow the highest safety measures, we will require patients to wear their face masks while at the office. Patient screening will include temperature checks upon entering. There will also be a screening over the phone at the time the appointment is being made and confirmations.

Mandatory 6-feet Spacing: All work areas will be at least 6 feet apart from one another. Mandatory measures will ensure that all patients are 6 feet apart from one another. This will be done by using markings that designate where patients should stand.


Waiting time before appointments: Patients will be asked to wait in their car until it is time for their appointment. Patients will be asked to text us when they arrive, and we will communicate with them to make their way to the entrance a few minutes prior to their appointment with enough time to go through screening and safety procedures. The staff will escort patients directly to the treatment room or a sanitized seat in designated areas 6 feet apart.


Limiting Interaction:  Non-patient visitors will be limited, and we will be staggering appointments for the entire clinic.
