This review is for Anna. First, I LOVE Revive med spa. Beautiful customer service and excellent staff. I never feel judged coming here. They create a safe and welcoming space for patients of all colors, sizes, and backgrounds. I recently went in for a Botox treatment. It was my first Botox injections and I love it! I know it takes two weeks for results to really show but I am starting to notice smoothness in my forehead. Anna is very professional, kind, welcoming, and has great attention to detail. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Also, love Rachel for lips and her positivity/professionalism. I know we all have our favorite staff members BUT everyone here is trustworthy. Thank you guys. Thank you for everything you do. We appreciate all of you! Thank you for being open during the pandemic. – used my bf’s account to write this review but he wants to make appointments here soon. I’ve just had my 2nd IPL treatment today, at Revive Encinitas. The spa is eloquently designed and is just an opulent and refreshing environment. The staff is friendly and personable. Shalane has performed both IPL treatments and has the most amazing gentle touch; talked me through both procedures to help ensure I stayed relaxed. She listened to my feedback and applied here expertise where the service is most beneficial. The results from my first procedure were stunning!

The GM, Christina, is passionate about Revive and all the great ways they serve their customers. She’s been amazing to work with! I have told EVERYONE I know about Revive!

I had such an amazing experience at this spa! It was gorgeous inside and felt very clean. They took my temperature upon entry and followed all of the covid protocols. The front desk girl was extremely friendly and helpful – I believe her name was Barbara! The woman that administered my botox, Leilani, was also very friendly and knowledgeable when answering all of my questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about going. I will be back for sure!

This spa is absolutely gorgeous! Talk about luxury and class! The women at the front desk were very nice and my nurse Jennifer was already at the front waiting for me when I arrived. She is the cutest and sweetest thing ever. Now moving on to my procedures. I have only gotten injections a few times in my life and the recommendations have been all over the place. Now I realize you can’t trust a lot of places as they will try to up-sell you and make you feel like crap telling you that you need more work than you actually do!

Not here!! Jennifer listener to my desires and actually recommended way less than other places I’ve been too! She made me feel pretty and that we could just enhance a few things. I decided to get some dysport and lip injections. I have gotten my lips done before at other places and I was ready for the pain lol. We decided to do Kysse which I’ve never tried before (normally I do juviderm plus) Jennifer was sooo precise! She did poke a lot but she explained that was the best way to achieve the look I wanted. The pokes were tolerable and the finished look immediately after was absolutely beautiful!! I am blown away by her talent. Normally my lips are so swollen, tight & bruised and this time I have barely any bruising and after one day the pain/tightness has already pretty much subsided. Even my son likes the way they look and he hates when I get lip injections! Needless to say, I’m now going to be a loyal customer! Thank you Jennifer and Revive!!

I just had the best time at Revive that I’m compelled to write about it. Holly gave me a Skinceuticals micro peel, which is a medical grade peel, and my skin feels so fresh now. This workhorse peel enhances it doesn’t take the place of what my normal esthetician does. The gals at the front are more than helpful, and they also sell other effective skin care lines like Skinmedica and Obagi. They made me feel so welcome, I think I’ll try some of their other services in the future. Thanks girls!

First time and I must say it was a wonderful experience, nurse Emily took great care of me, listened to my concerns and thoughts and gave me her feedback without trying to upsell me. I have made another appointment to return mid March. The drive from imperial beach was worth it. Also the young lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. I was recommended and I will pass on the recommendation. Lastly the place was so clean and smelled fresh, definitely following guidelines that are in place due to covid.

I have only great things to say about Revive Med Spa of which I’ve been a satisfied customer for over ten years (and if you knew me this says a lot because I have very high standards and don’t like throwing my money away). Revive is owned and overseen by a doctor who also has a great mind for business. He’s combined his medical expertise and high standards for care with savvy ways to save his customers money, even as the Botox and Filler markets continue to raise their prices, and other (greedy) offices operate on the expectation that if you spend this kind of money then savings must not matter much to you. When I first started at Revive, it had been a huge part of the business model to offer customers the lowest possible prices per unit and Revive’s management has remained committed to that early model. I also like knowing the staff has been vetted and trained by an MD. They are talented, responsive and customer-service oriented. This is a business I hope to support for as long as possible because it genuinely cares about its customers’ satisfaction as well as their pocketbooks–if only more businesses did!!!

I love this place! I go to both the mission valley and Carmel valley locations and they completely cover all my med spa needs. I recently joined their loyalty program and I love it! I recently visited the Carmel Valley location to see Michelle, who was wonderful! However it was a little hard to find. Other than that, I’ve always had great experiences at Revive!

This review is long overdo. With tons of Med spas out there, everyone is trying to make their money and don’t care if you have sensitive skin or are reactive to many products etc. they just need the money. At revive you will not get that feeling- I’ve had bad reactions to certain products and Revive has made every effort and accommodation to take care of me. The office manager, Christina is a gem- she truly cares about the clients and that’s RARE- if you have an issue and express it, she will make sure to do what she can to remedy the situation- that’s called top notch customer service and that’s why I’m loyal to them. Kim (PA at mission valley) is one of the kindest, smartest, personable ppl I’ve ever met. Honestly- ask for her and you’re in good hands. She knows I have sensitive skin and always offers samples/testers of the great products (Skin medica etc) to allow me to test on my skin before purchasing. Front desk girls are beautiful and sweet- you won’t regret it. I’ve been to several Med spas in SD, and they’ve been rude, greedy, sneaky and inexperienced- customer service is a foreign concept apparently. Not at Revive- you will appreciate their customer service esp if you’ve been don’t wrong at other places

Kathleen is THE BEST! Surgical cosmetic enhancement takes a creative eye to know how to sculpt 3 dimensional work, and that is what Kathleen does best! She has a sweet, loving personality, and hands down, the best (and most affordable in town) work I’ve come across. I brought a relative along with me, this was my second visit seeing Kathleen (first time in 2015), first time for my relative. I wanted my relative to sit and experience Kathleen’s approach. She knows how to address concerns, answer questions, and inform you on what to expect, so you don’t feel confused and lost on upkeep after an appointment. I love that I found someone who knows how to show professionalism and care for her patients/clientele. I look forward to my follow up next week that Kathleen offered, as my sisters wedding is coming up, and she wants to make sure everything is looking PERFECT for the day! Also if you’re torn on picking a place, search through reviews, look whose name always pops up with all 5 star reviews!

Got my Botox done at Revive Carmel Valley and it was quick and easy! Med Spas are beautiful and everyone is so sweet! Loved my results, she even told me I needed less units than I thought which I appreciated because that means the last place I went to…(about 8 months ago)…up-sold me for more than I needed. I’m only 26 so it’s just preventative lol will be coming here from now on!

Five stars for POLLY at Revive. In January I went to a number one injector in Pasadena and she made my lips super uneven. I was waiting for some of the filler to dissolve until I found someone new to go to. I found revive Through some research via yelp and was hesitant but trusted my gut. Polly had availability when I needed so I scheduled an appointment with her not knowing what I was getting myself into. When I arrived there was music playing ( my favorite hits ) and the sign in process was quick. Polly called my name right at 10:15 which is so nice because in the past I waited 2:00 hours… yes two hours just to sign in for an appointment at other places. Revive really cares about their patients. Polly talked me through the process quick and promptly which I loved, she was relatable, and had an awesome presence. She gave me this little device to distract me from the pain but honestly it was painless, there were a few little punches but compared to my past experience this was pain free. She took her time, and really cared. I also like how after you pay, you exit through the back so you don’t have to awkwardly walk through the lobby with swollen lips. I had an overall incredible experience and will be back. My bottom lip is now full, and matches with my top lip. She also filled in areas that weren’t as defined and let me view where she put the filler throughout the whole Process. I’m so happy!! Thank you.
